(for runners with a 5k time of 24:00 and up)

Thursdays: June 4, 11, 18, 25 and July 2

Goal Race: Choice of 4th of July Races: Alameda, Walnut Creek, Orinda or race with the LMJS Racing Team - Morgan Hill!

5 weeks - 6:30 to 8:00 pm weekdays; Track potluck July 2 (after our workout)
