Join the official East Bay training program for the 2016 Oakland Running Festival!
Train for your spring marathon or half marathon with LMJS!
Marathon Training Program: 18-week program; first group run is Saturday, November 21 at 8:00 am.
Half Marathon Training Program: 12-week program; first group run is January 2, 2016 at 8:00 am. Half marathon trainees are welcome to join Saturday runs beginning November 21.
The fine print: Note that this is not a "couch to finish line" program. We do expect our trainees to be running when the programs start.
