About LMJS Training Runs
Make your 2009 New Year's resolution to join the Ducks for some dirty fun on Saturdays! This year we'll be training for some excellent races (see list below) which you don't want to miss. We'll gather Saturday mornings at 8:15 to run a variety of Bay Area trails. Meet afterwards at local coffee shops to share injury prevention tips, discussion of races, and other topics of interest. All ability levels welcome! These training runs can be adapted for jog/walkers up to marathoners. We'd like to extend a special welcome to our new beginning running folks. We were all there once and remember what it was like.
Details about the training runs will be e-mailed weekly to anyone who is interested. Contact Karen Andrews to be added to the notification list.
