Lake Merritt Joggers and Striders is a large social, recreational and competitive running club in Oakland, CA. Our Fourth Sunday Run features 5K, 10K & 15K races around the Lake. Our Tilden Tough Ten miler, in the Berkeley Hills, is an alternative to the Bay-to-Breakers.
