49th Annual Dick Houston Memorial Woodminster Cross Country Trail Race

Joaquin Miller Park, Pinewood Area, Oakland, Calif.
9 mile hilly, cross-country loop on dirt trails.

You can register online at LMJS by June 15th.

Or you may download a registration form and mail completed entry form and a check for $25.00 ($20 for runners 18 and under), payable to LMJS, to: Woodminster Race, c/o LMJS, P.O. Box 431, Lafayette, CA 94549, postmarked by June 14, 2014 (photocopies acceptable)

Race Day Registration: Opens at 7:30 AM. Entry fee is $30.  Free entry to 1st 10 MD, RN, or paramedic volunteers. Call to verify.

Directions to the event:
FROM WEST: Highway 580 to Fruitvale off-ramp; 2 blocks to Champion; left on Champion and proceed up hill past the Mormon Temple. Champion changes to Lincoln, and then to Joaquin Miller Road. Left on Sanborn. Watch for Woodminster Amphitheater sign. Parking available adjacent to Ranger Station and Community Center.

FROM EAST: Highway 580 to Highway 13 (Warren Freeway). Take turnoff and stay on Hwy 13 to Joaquin Miller exit. Right on Joaquin Miller Road; proceed as above.
