This class introduces participants to the fundamentals of trail running, including developing aerobic fitness and incorporating hill-based strength training to enhance agility and running form. Trail safety and etiquette will be reviewed in each class. We will visit various trails in the Oakland Hills to run comfortably 3 to 5 miles by the end of sessions.
Additionally, we offer a variety of shared online documents and resources to keep you engaged during class.
